cuisine. The restaurant's design is a replica of the the original
Hacienda El Mortero in the state of Durango, Mexico. For those who
are looking to try typical Mexican dishes, this restaurants menu
offers "flor de calabaza" with ""poblano" chile and sampler dishes
such as chicken tacos, quesadillas, tostadas, and chorizo and
guacamole "sopes." For main course they offer the following
delicacies: fillet in a sauce of four dried chilis, shrimp over
roasted pineapple and and, of course, the Mexican-style fish fillet.
