The Royal
Sands is a luxurious 5-star beachfront property located in Cancun's
famous hotel zone. It is built upon the lot which formerly housed the
Casa Maya which previously hosted many Presidents and other foreign
dignitaries over the years. The Royal Sands is part of the Royal Resorts

The villa, which can comfortably
accommodate six guests, features a full size kitchen, spacious living and
dining areas plus two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The suite, which can
accommodate four guests, features a private bedroom, a full size kitchen as
well as spacious living and dining areas. The Deluxe Room features two
double beds and is ideal for couples.
The Royal Sands offers all the amenities you would expect from a 5-star
resort including a full-service sports program which includes championship
tennis courts, sailboats, snorkeling, cycling, children's activities and
water aerobics. In addition, there is a well-stocked grocery store and
boutique, a travel agency and car rental agency and one of the largest and
most sophisticated spas in America, The Spa, which offers a variety of
services including a complete fitness center with weight and cardiovascular
equipment, an aerobics room, sauna, beauty salon, facial and body treatments
and massages.
